So this charger works, but for some reason when I try to use my Chromebook while charging, the mouse pad works. He gets disturbed. It is less responsive and, like the cursor, more difficult to navigate. I'm not sure if it's just my Chromebook or charger or whatever, but it's kind of annoying. I am using an Acer c720 as stated in the compatibility section. 3 stars for this annoyance.

The order arrived on time as long as it works properly. The only problem is that the adapter doesn't fit snugly into the Chromebook's power port. But it does the job. It doesn't overheat or get excessively warm when I'm using my Chromebook while it's charging.

This compatible Chromebook charger worked fine for a while but died after less than 2 months of use. I contacted the seller, BXSM, and was given a new charger under the 12 month warranty. Although the charger should have lasted more than 2 months I am happy with the customer service I received. I would recommend buying from BXSM.

Charges normally (quite quickly) but sometimes has problems with the plug falling or pulling out of the hole. Perhaps due to the heaviness of the electrics, the box is in the middle of the cable. I've learned to deal with it, so it's okay. When I first got it I had to physically hold it or prop it up with a pillow or something. But I did learn how to adjust it so it doesn't fall out (to make sure the box couldn't tug on the top cord...so a longer cord would have been useful. It was a good…
