Another prompt delivery from Revain. It was badly needed, so I'm particularly happy about it. We bought a similar charger from a major retailer and had to return it as it didn't work so I was a bit hesitant when making this purchase. I am happy to report that it is working satisfactorily and we are keeping our fingers crossed (not all) that it will continue to work. When children spend hours in a virtual school, it is very important that laptops are "lit to the fullest".

Ok, at first it made a hiss when working. Second, I bought it in May (now August) and it no longer works. Anyone who uses such chargers knows that after a while they lose contact and you have to press them firmly into the socket to keep them charged. Hence the need for a replacement. But most of them last at least a year or two and this one only lasted 3 months. Sorry but only one star for you.

I bought this cable for my Acer Chromebook 15 because the cable that came with it started disconnecting and not charging my Chromebook. I've bought the same one before and it worked fine for a year and then stopped so I bought this one and it charges it but gets very hot before my laptop can fully charge. Something is wrong here

I couldn't find the charger that came with my laptop so all I had to do was specify the type of my laptop and it was the first and top rated on the list so I bought this. The cable is about 3-4 feet long and so far have had no trouble charging my laptop.

Somehow connector sizes are too small to allow good SERIAL connections. ACER brand power plug works perfectly. This is intermittent at best. Tested on a second ACER laptop and it doesn't work at all.

The original power cord that came with my Chromebook kept kinking. I guess I should have returned it when I first bought it because right after the warranty ran out, so did the power cord. I ordered that. Good price, fast delivery, works great. In addition, it has no creases or other problems. Would definitely buy again. By the way, they have great customer service and really stand behind their satisfaction guarantee.

This is a replacement adapter for my Acer Chromebook 15. I've been using my Chromebook for say over 2 years. Maybe 6 months ago I noticed that my Chromebook was having trouble charging. I wiggled the adapter cable and it worked most of the time. A week ago my adapter stopped charging. So I ordered one and received one yesterday. I connected my adapter to my Chromebook. Well charged. I wish this new adapter would perform well for years to come.

Works like a champ. My Acer Chromebook is almost 3 years old and the included power cord does not provide a reliable connection to the laptop. I was going to buy it from Best Buy (where I bought the Chromebook) but it's $60. I bought this for less than $13 and it works amazing. It just arrived and I am currently using it to charge my Acer Chromebook 15 - CB3-532. The cable is a little short, but hey, IT WORKS and I'm thankful that the original one that came with my Chromebook is expired and gone.
