Not very durable and not the right size

I had to wash the metal to make it work with my monitor (XG270HU). After that I installed the monitor and it doesn't sit at a good height. The bracket is short compared to other brackets. The difference between the height of my two monitors at the same height is about 3 inches.

Weak Piece of Scrap

This thing is outrageously weak and terrible. The monitor shakes a lot. And the product is just so clumsy. I feel like it's a few inches lower than it should be and it has a weird piston-like thing that should stop the wobbling, but it doesn't. Also, it's held in place with tiny screws that are VERY difficult to get right. I'd rather just buy another monitor trying to use this piece of junk.

Not the most common Acer Vesa mount

I have had several Acer Vesa mounts in the past and they failed. This one popped up right away, it was very easy to get started. The patent pending stabilizer made the mount really solid with little to no play or vibration when used with my Acer XG270HU. The upper part of the anti-roll bar was not shown in the picture for assembly, but it really helped to study everything thoroughly. Insert the upper stabilizer bracket before attaching the bracket.

If you're using another monitor with a Vesa mount, it won't sit near the center.

I like that it works for the app. Pretty easy setup, but the main problem is that you don't expect them to be aligned and close to each other with any other Vesa mount monitor. The monitor sits a little high. The bottom of the monitor sits just above the bottom of my other. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but that's probably because there's no other adapter on the market for it. I just want the mount to be centered with everything else.

Strong, secure mount for Acer XG270HU - be sure to install mounting screws before assembly

do anything but bear the weight straight down. The instructions I received don't mention the long screw that secures the base of the mount, but this component is critical to a secure installation. Without that screw, the mount was loose and felt pretty unreliable. However, once installed I feel comfortable enough, the mount is more than enough to function as a regular Vesa mount. This product does its job of adapting the odd non-standard Acer.

This product takes on the task of adapting Acer's odd, non-standard VESA mount, but there are some serious issues with it, particularly when used with the XG270HU. an unexpected attempt to get it to connect to the monitor itself. It just doesn't fit. Not knowing the allowable pressure caused me to make several mistakes, scratching parts of the back panel. There is a huge gap between the other two 27-inch monitors. I have a basic 60 " x 36 " desktop and some mounts that have decent adjustability and this adapter brings them a lot closer to you than some would like. If you need my design suggestions please.

This mount works well. The design is a bit strange as there is a big gap between the monitor and the mount. Because of this gap, the metal, material, and design, the mount actually flexes a bit, requiring you to use a long screw to attach it properly. The extra stand (about 2-3 inches) also makes these monitors more difficult to hold on some stands due to the extra weight as they stick out further (torque arms). Not the easiest install but perfect solution for my Acer XG270HU

Bought this for my 27 inch Acer XG270HU monitor. When I bought the monitor it was the only 144hz monitor that fit the budget but with the downside of not having a VESA mount. I didn't like other universal VESA converters with external mounts. Stumbled upon this and it looked like a custom solution for the XG270HU. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try.
