Very nice piece of marble. I use it to store two small items that I got while traveling that are in need of a wash. The dish itself isn’t small. It could fit a very large bar of soap or a sponge for cleaning or a dish scrubbier and small bar of soap for hands. It has two drain holes that can be used to prevent mold or ruining of soap. It’s a lovely shade of Hunter Green with accents marbling throughout it in various shades of blacks, grays, greens, taupes, etc very fine addition to any kitchen,

I love it, it is exactly what I have been looking for. The soap holder I was using was staining the counter top so I put this under it. It isn't being stained and matches perfectly.

A well-designed soap dish. It is a lovely piece of granite (I have the green) with 2 holes for drainage. There is therfore no soap scum build-up. It is sturdy and fits well on my bathroom sink

This marble soap dish is quite beautiful! We are using it in our kitchen as a sponge holder. Although our countertops are granite, the soap dish complements them well. I would recommend it heartily.

I wanted a pretty dish to display decorative soaps in my guest bathroom. This dish is pretty black stone with delicate gray veins and it looks really good against my black granite vanity top. Arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Came quickly and very nice finish. I use it to hold my dish soap dispenser so that the granite countertop is protected. This was a near perfect match and it is just big enough to prevent spills but also blends in with the counter. A little pricey, but worth it I think.

My dish arrived in perfect shape - it is very beautiful and heavy - i have seen comparable ones on high end sites for well over $50 each. Will look perfect on a vanity holding fancy soaps!

Great looking, but the water doesn't drain out of the soap dish because the bottom of the soap dish is totally flat and flush with the countertop. Will use it in the shower and just make sure at the end of the shower to pick it up and let the water drain out. It looks terrific and it works well enough. Adding some rubber "dots" on the bottom allows water to drain through and protects the surface below.

The quality of the work on dish I received was phenomenal. It's cleanly cut and high polished making it really sleek. Though I ended up using it as part of an art piece instead of it's intended purpose of holding soap, I'm confident that others would find this to be a nice piece to have in their bathroom or wherever! Definitely considering buying more for further projects.

only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that the flat bottom makes it really slippery with soap. ours slipped in first shower use and broke in two. Easy glue back together and gave just enjoy for water/soap to run out. But honestly, I really do love it.

It’s pretty and goes with our black marble pedestal sink, but the soap dish cost half of the cost of the whole sink! So, I think it is too expensive, but that’s just me.

Beautiful green color, perfectly matches a tray holding items in my kitchen. Color is much greener than pictured, and much prettier.

It is exactly what I expected from the picture, a dish of black marble, polished to be shiny. I received my order promptly, allowing me to promptly put my soap in the dish and then write this review. This dish is a craft of Egypt, and while missing any obvious marks that makes it definitively Egyptian, I suspect that if an Egyptian wanted a shiny black marble dish for soap, it would look rather like this. This is a beautiful and functional soap dish. It’s refreshing to find a product that is as advertised. I highly recommend this marble soap dish.

It was too small to hold a standard bar of soap with out dripping or spilling soap on sink counter. The soap corners hung over.Soap tray for ants. Its a circle not an oval. Would be fine if it was larger by +1 in diameter.
