According to my experience, this knitting needle set was a complete waste of money. The needles were difficult to change, causing frustration and slowing down my knitting time. The only positive aspect was the ergonomic design, but it wasn't enough to overcome the constant struggle with the interchangeable feature. Save your money and avoid this subpar product.

Excellent. Arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed. I had a little problem keeping both in place. You have to press and lock it, otherwise it can easily slip off while knitting. It was a bit difficult to get them to click at first

I love the extra clicks but I removed the needle tips, forgot to check them and when I needed them last week I found they wouldn't snap into place. Tried several times, tried the cable with different tips, asked my husband to try it, tried again, gave up and got a different size. (which luckily gave me the grade). I asked for a return but found that I no longer had the packaging. So my advice is to test them out as soon as you get them. Or buy locally.
