Description of Adeona PIM

Adeona PIM is a technology developed by our experts, enabling a better customer experience and accelerating the product process. It is the most used PIM system in Finland for product information: management, distribution and enrichment. It enables products to be grouped and enriched with product content and published from a centralized source to different publishing channels. We are continuously developing our product together with our customers. - Enables genuinely multi-channel product communication - Flexible data model - Easy connectivity to other systems - Scalable to adapt to changing customer needs without tailoring Adeona Product Information Manager makes use of product information found in back-end systems (such as ERP and PLM). In these systems, product-related information is mainly managed in connection with the company’s internal processes. In the Product Information Management System, this information is enriched and organized into customers’ visible channels such as: -Websites -Online Stores -Intranet -Digital and printed catalogues -Store materials such as price tags, price lists, posters -Sales materials such as quotations, price lists, delivery documents -Marketing materials such as brochures, catalogsues, advertisements, product communications Adeona PIM is a Product Information Management (PIM) system for: - Enriching product content for all customer interfaces, digital and print - Managing product properties and attributes, product types and -linking - Managing selections and publishing structures, product grouping and categorization - Channeling and workflow - Localisation (languages/translations) and Country selections - Managing user rights for product information - Enrichment level and data quality control - Commercial product lifecycle management - Digital Asset Management (DAM)

Solid product with excellent support and backup functionality

I really like that all my data of previous years has been stored safely before it was deleted (backupped!). The interface could use some improvement but this can only happen if you want more features/options which will increase costs! If your just looking at one tool then there's not much reason as other tools have similar functions anyway - maybe check out Xero or Freshdesk first? Good software solution for business accounting needs so far; nothing specific comes immediately across mind though

  • The reporting is a breeze and overall the software interface has a decent look and feel
Cons
  • Not much to dislike just need to be aware the tool is a little bit basic and not very flexible as a whole
