It is very easy to navigate through all available features in order set up campaigns as well send out emails etc., without having any technical knowledge required! I am able to easily create my own email templates which makes it super helpful if you are creating your campaign yourself instead using an automatic system like Mailchimp/AWeber (which can be difficult depending what type). Sometimes there will come across issues where things won't upload correctly but they get fixed pretty quickly…
