Based on our own experience this activewear didn't live up to the hype. The material didn't stay cool as promised and the fit was uncomfortable during intense workouts..

This is a good running shirt.

Relaxed fit and true to size. I think the goal should be a loose fit, not a compression fit. This is a good muscled running shirt.
