To try these shoes I walked on the carpet for 10 minutes. I ordered 6.5 because my other brand athletic shoes were that number and I was right. Love these shoes! My previous pair is the Adidas Training Bounce and they are very similar. They've had them for many years and although the sole I glued falls apart on one of them I still can't throw them away. They are very similar, very comfortable and I expect to have them for many years. They're not exactly suited to cold winter weather when you're walking through a few inches of snow.
