Amazing durable Continental rubber sole with arch reinforcement, Gore-Tex (can't disagree)! Size 10 1/2 fit perfectly although they are not wide. Easy to put on and take off, I have stability issues and these low cut hiking shoes offer great support with room for insoles if needed.

I wish there was a quick lacing option. Went to the pond the first day and didn't get wet feet. Much more attractive and lighter than most street shoes. But for me they narrow in the small area. I've never had this problem with other shoes. In my opinion, the Terrex Swift shoes fit better and come with quick lacing.

Bought these for a trip to Iceland, brewed them a week before breaking in and didn't need them, they're comfortable and fit perfectly, hold up great after hiking rock, sand and whatever Outdoor has to offer, excellent grip in wet mud and wet grass on the hill, never fell, never slipped. My favorite outdoor shoe, I don't like hiking shoes and they aren't too high. Keeps my feet warm and dry in pure snow and when walking through shallow puddles. I love her

I wanted to find a lighter weight hiking boot to replace my existing Merrell Moab 2 boots. These shoes are definitely lightweight and have great support. When I got new shoes for my first hike, they felt a bit stiff at first, but quickly softened. I couldn't test how waterproof this shoe is.
