Based on our own experience, these women's athletic shoes provide a comfortable fit that makes long-distance running a breeze. The sleek design and variety of color options make them stylish enough to wear outside of workouts. The only downside is that they may not be supportive enough for those with severe foot or arch issues.

FIT: These fit me as expected. It really depends on how you want to wear shoes. I would describe it more as a sock-like shoe, similar to Nike FlyKnit or Adidas Primeknit. Personally, I like my shoes to be snug and non-slip. I normally wear a size 6, but since I like it comfortable, I ordered a size 5.5. If you want your shoes to fit like regular shoes I would order your normal size.

I usually wear a size 6 but read the reviews and reduced it to a 5.5. I may have room to go even lower to a 5, but I don't plan on wearing them to workouts as often as I do when working with Personal Training clients. They are very cute and I have received many compliments on them. However, the cage falls on an odd part of my foot, which makes me uncomfortable if I wear it too tight for too long.
