Same quality as department store. Durable shiny chrome stands up to light weight. I bought several to expand my closet capacity. Screws are fine if you're going straight into the tree, otherwise you'll need a different type of anchor.

The product was well made, with flawless workmanship. He seems pretty strong. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is that the screws that came with it were too short to provide enough support even when screwed into the stud. I used some of the longer screws I had on hand and they did the job well.

I used this product in my underfloor closet instead of a traditional rod for hanging jackets. I installed two servants on the side of the toilet. This makes it easier for me to get to the back of the closet as I don't have to push through the coat rack to get to the other side.

I bought 2 of these to utilize closet space where there is no bar or shelves (weird closet). First I will tell you that I really feel like it is expensive but I was desperate. New home, needs unpacking - enough said. When they arrived; However, I was pleased to find that they are in fact as durable and well built as described.
