I love these shoes. I bought them for dancing. They give enough grip, they don't slip, but not so much that I can't turn properly. This requires some training. The side of the elastic should soften slightly where it was cut. It's prickly. I keep them in the box they came in to keep them beautiful.

They're back! They are huge! I don't know how to describe it, but it's snug in the toes and doubles in width in the sides of the foot. Poorly made. Looks like someone re-glued the sole or dipped one of the shoes in chocolate. They just look stretched and one of the soles had a tear. This is what they looked like right out of the box.

So I don't have the perfect ballet foot, I know I have a wide foot but while I was in dance class I felt so uncomfortable that I had to take them off. These shoes are for people with narrow feet, I've tried breaking them in but the leather is so difficult to break in. I love this shoe, but it's definitely not made for a wide, slightly flat foot. I need something wider or stretched.

I love full leather split sole Theatricals flats. They are a bit narrow, but if you have narrow feet, a regular size will fit you. Sizing is UK so order 2-2.5 sizes smaller than street shoes. If it's still a little tight, that's okay, as the skin will stretch a bit over time. I use them for performances and I really like that the shape hugs my foot and arch.
