I think this makes their customer service great because you get so much help when asking questions during an estimate process versus just going directly into sales with no idea how things work at all (and then being told by someone else). The customer service is great, they are very knowledgeable about their product which makes it easy for me as an agent that works with them everyday! I don't like how there's not much room between my computer screen so when typing into documents or emails sometimes you have issues seeing what your writing because its all squished up together (which can be frustrating). If i were looking at getting new equipment this would probably come out top but if someone already has one then thats fine too…

The system is easy to navigate and very user friendly. It's also easy to use for our customers as well. The customer service has been great, I've had no issues with them at all. I would highly recommend this product and look forward to the future upgrades that are coming out. There isn't anything I dislike about this program.
