Professional & responsive customer service team

The best thing about this site is their customer service team! They are always available for any questions or concerns that I have had with my website design in general as well as specific features of it (such as social media integration). Their support has been so helpful throughout every step from initial consultation through final launch/deployment into production environment - they truly care not only at helping us solve problems but also ensuring we're happy overall once everything goes…

Excellent Customer Service - A Great Platform For Agents

The customer service has been excellent! I have had several questions answered by their team members in an hour or less time frame!! They are always quick with replies which is great when there's so much going on at once (which seems typical). Nothing really that I dislike about this software but if it could be updated for better functionality like being able to see reports of bookings made from previous months would help greatly as well. It helps me keep track of my calls/emails sent out etc…
