Guess I should have read more reviews. Took her for one, 5k in freezing PA and lost the spike. The metal parts are quite worn. I can usually make a pair for the whole season. Just take a look.

I'm putting them on for the first time today and my left leg ice ax keeps falling off. My boots are a size 7. They are not small. Then the ice ax came off his right leg. I bought them so I wouldn't slip and fall. I should wear boots, not trainers. I live in northern Michigan and we have ice and snow. I will buy something else.

These ice/snow traction lugs worked GREAT. They are easy to put on and take off over shoes and really helped keep us from slipping on the ice. So glad I bought them. When we got to our hotel I didn't unpack them and the walk from the parking lot to the hotel was very icy and slippery. Made sure I wasn't without them for the rest of the trip because they came in very handy.

This product was very good initially, it was effective in snow and ice. However, one of them lost 4 out of 10 spikes after just four uses. The seller (Wally Outdoor) was very responsive and helpful. Responded immediately to my first message and offered to replace the product; However, it was out of stock in the US and would take a long time to stock outside of the US, so he offered a refund instead. I would buy from this seller again.
