This was easy to install, just attach the metal base to the visor and the magnetic back of the speaker snaps into place instantly. The description says it connects to the phone automatically. Jabra will instantly and verbally tell you that you're "connected" as soon as you're within a few feet of the device. Aigoss only connects when you press and hold the button to turn it on. So if you get in your car and forget to turn it on to connect, you'll have to struggle to get it done when your phone rings.
