The base can be wider due to twisting of the device by cables when connecting devices. Otherwise there are no complaints.

DOA Neither port transmits data or allows devices to sync or collaborate with the computer. Charging is mediocre at best, the S9 phone is slow to charge. Useless. Don't waste your time. Now i have to work hard to make the goods right or refund the money, very unhappy that i received the junk.

Fast delivery. Not all 6 ports work. I haven't given it too much thought. If you want to get ALL the ports you paid for, it might be worth looking a little further. WAAAAAAYYY too lazy to send it back. Although it looks nice.

Our last hub fell apart and we were in desperate need of a new one. Prime, of course, is in a hurry to help. It's lightweight and small enough to fit almost anywhere. We keep ours in the corner under the closet so we can charge our electronics when needed. It works great.

I needed the smallest active USB hub I could find. My goal was to connect an RTL-SDR device to a Raspberry Pi-like computer. I couldn't run a current directly through the computer. I also needed it to fit in a larger case. The physical design of this hub is great. 5 stars for size and layout. However, with *any* USB device I connect via the included DC power supply (and other more reliable sources later), the voltage drops below 4 volts very quickly. Bought to charge multiple devices at the same time. Plugged directly into the wall, it doesn't put out enough power to charge more than one or two devices at a time. My phone and tablet are giving error messages about not enough power, not charging, the accessory is incompatible, or not registering at all. All devices are usually charged with the same cables from a regular wall outlet.

Very disappointed. I must have a broken cable. My computer randomly disconnects during use. Setup was quick and easy. I bought it for training this year but due to the lack of reliability I have to find other means of connecting. When it works, it works great.
