Not for charging devices

Bought to charge multiple devices at the same time. Plugged directly into the wall, it doesn't put out enough power to charge more than one or two devices at a time. My phone and tablet are giving error messages about not enough power, not charging, the accessory is incompatible, or not registering at all. All devices are usually charged with the same cables from a regular wall outlet.
