hahaha. NO. installed, it turned out that the high-pressure compressed air had cleaned the huge gearbox it was attached to, so I haven't needed it yet. But I'll know better in the future, so I'll have it on hand. Not easy to determine unless your last name is Gumby.

Installed last week but works perfectly. Installing and calibrating the unit itself took about 5 minutes after I disassembled the dashboard and was able to reach it. I'm sometimes wary of placing universal parts in hard-to-reach places, but I'm pleased with the quality of this part.

I had an issue with hot air being blown from the driver's side but nice and cold from the passenger's side. Replaced the actuator and the problem went away. This seems to be a common problem with LLY Duramax. Installation was easy after you removed one screw between the driver and passenger consoles.

My first part stopped working. They quickly provided a replacement. I messed up the setup by not installing it before connecting and testing. (Note: Make sure you install it before you connect it to power - let the engine run for 1.5 minutes before touching any controls). The new part works great. The support team helped very quickly and shipped a new part.

Bought the first one and kept moving the fan select around all the options. I turned it off when most of the air was blown out of the front vents, bought a second one and put it in and it works great. 2nd time charm. A lot of trouble on the first exchange, then on the second exchange. I hope it is. Works for a long time.

I bought this product for my Silverado. I had a problem: the airflow does not escape from the front deflectors. This product is a piece of junk. A new calibration was not possible. I worked 6 hours to figure out why it didn't work. I was willing to buy an HVAC controller because I figured that was the problem. I decided to try another drive from a different brand. Worked the first time and no more problems.

Packaged in a way that makes me feel more secure when installing. this has nothing to do with this product. This drive fit perfectly in its slot, no issues and connected as it should. Very happy with this purchase at a great price. My air conditioner works now.

Arrived on time, well packaged, looks like new! But it doesn't work, it tries to move a little in one direction but returns the other way like something is stuck and won't let go. I've disassembled and reassembled several times and made sure the doors move freely and everything was on time. I checked four times and made sure it wasn't my fault. Lesson learned: Spend more money on original equipment, it saves time and hassle in the long run!

It was exactly as advertised. However, I never installed it as I found that I could recalibrate the HVAC system as follows: 1. Go to the underhood fuse box and unplug the 10 amp fuses for HVAC2. turn the key to the vehicle for 20-30 seconds then turn it off 3. swap the fuses 4. turn the key to the car again and you will hear the HVAC actuators being recalibrated5. Turn the key off, replace the fuse cover and close the hood. My car had an issue with the side vents on the driver's side losing…
