I liked that we were able to see our rewards on a daily basis. It was easy to see what our points did and where they were going. It was also easy to see what we were spending our points on. The ability to create customized campaigns, such as 'My Favorite' or 'Wish List'. The tool also allows you to set up rules for automatic delivery of emails. I like that you can customize your rewards program in any way! The toolset is really great, allowing for robust customization of reward types/schedules etc - also they have some very useful features including giving access or limiting by IP address (which helps us at work).
