I like that you can customize your rewards program in any way! The toolset is really great, allowing for robust customization of reward types/schedules etc - also they have some very useful features including giving access or limiting by IP address (which helps us at work). They're responsive when it comes time needing support from them as well; usually quick fixes without much back-and forth which makes life easier too :) We've been able to implement an amazing customer experience while keeping our backend costs down compared other programs out there we considered using before signing up w AIRLOOP!! I love how easy it is for our team members to use this tool, from creating new programs or collecting rewards points! The customer service has been very helpful when needed as well. We are working together to create an in-store point program that we believe will help us increase sales by encouraging people to come back into store more often. This software also allows me to collect reward points which helps my customers earn free items off of their purchase (which they have already paid for).
