Ajax Scientific tripod stand with concentric rings. For supporting various sizes of crucibles and apparatus. Consists of a circular tripod stand with two removable concentric rings. The plated steel legs are detachable and sloped outwards for stability. Measures 5-inches outside diameter by 22cm (8.6") inches height.

Sturdy Scientific Support System!

This tripod is perfect for all my scientific experiments! The sturdy metal provides a strong base for measurement kits. It's easy to set up and adjust and the concentric height allows for precise measuring. The only downside IS that it's a bit heavy, but that's to be expected with an industrial and scientific grade tripod. Overall, I highly recommend it for any science education setting!

  • The tripod is not very portable due to its size and weight, making it difficult to bring to different locations or store in small spaces.

Should work perfectly

I needed a strong, stable, yet compact, heat resistant stand and this fitted perfectly. I like that if I decide to go for a bigger crucible for larger batches I can just take the ring out.
