Type of review

You shouldn't anticipate much from the budget line, but these headphones nevertheless have a very even frequency response and are the minimum price at which you can still do professional-quality work with sound. In my opinion, there is no competition at this price point, which is why I am recommending it.

Pros
  • High-quality, low-cost open-back headphones ideal for use with a monitor. No hinges or shaky knots, just a timeless, invincible, and dependable design. The weight is not too great, and it sits nicely on the head.
Cons
  • The sound quality isn't great, and the ear cups aren't large enough to block out all ambient noise.

Overall good, but I expected more, there are disadvantages.

In general, for sound recording - 5. For everyday use, 3+, and then for the quality of the materials. Different pros: Nice materials - metal, good plastic. Strong and reliable. It is easy to find replacement ear pads and replacement cables as the model is popular. High detail. Suitable for sound recording. Some cons: The sound is sharp and you can hear all the garbage that remains on the records. It is not pleasant to use as ordinary everyday ones, it cuts the ear. basses are detailed but…

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

There is one but: through them everything is audible, absolutely. I use them to record music, so this "but" is not a disadvantage for me if I use the headphones for their intended purpose)

Pros
  • Awesome sound, long wire, Jack adapter included, they sit comfortably, I am very satisfied with the product, I justified my price.
Cons
  • Until I discovered

A practical product, nothing to complain about.

After 4 years of use, I can confidently say that this is an excellent model for both listening to music and for controlling when mixing music. Different pros: A very good model, I do not regret that I bought it. They sit comfortably on my head. After ordinary headphones for a thousand, the sound of this model is heaven and earth. Even with the current price tag, the headphones justify themselves. studio sound without embellishment. I recommend! Unkillable. They fell off the table several times,

Nothing ordinary, a normal product.

A good and high-quality product, but there are disadvantages.

Before that, I had AKG 271 and 171 Mk 2 - more expensive and also closed (AKG 240 - open). There are no problems with high frequencies, but the price is 2 times higher. There is almost no sound insulation in AKG 240, unlike 271, but the ears breathe :) Has pros: In terms of price / quality ratio is not bad. The design is perfect, like the entire AKG line. Very comfortable. Has cons: Ticking high sounds. Especially noticeable on ringing sounds and sounds "s" and "z" in words. You have to adjust…

I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

I compare with philips hp840. The sound is similar, but less bass + better design. At Philips, almost immediately after the purchase, the headband and speaker holders broke. I wrapped it with electrical tape and so they lived with me for 10 years, until they completely fell apart. The sound suited me completely. Got pros: Simple yet comfortable design. Headphones are almost not felt on the throat due to the small mass. As in slippers. The sound is accurate without embellishment. He is what he

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

These are professional headphones and should be connected to professional equipment. Do not use them with Chinese players or built-in AC97 speakers - you will be disappointed. Cheap zvukovuhi simply do not pull them out. And then the cries begin - "little bass", "few details on the treble", "yes, my Sony for 500 is 10 times better", etc. With its pros. One solid advantage! 1) Sound quality of course. Sound - monitor. And that's it. 2) Quality of materials. For three years of use, nothing was…

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

Used with a computer for video editing, they do an excellent job with this task, they are also great for games and simple household use Got pros: They fit perfectly on the head, are light and do not put pressure on the ears or skull. The sound is quite even, without obvious dips or peaks. Cons: The fastening of the headband touches the shiny part of the body, very strange, I think after a while there will be a worn place.

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

At first I listened on the Audigy2 ZS Premium card, then I installed an M-Audio Audiophile and a home-made amplifier on two 6n3p - the sound became obsolete, it is especially revealed on orchestral compositions, the panorama is excellent, the dynamics are also pleasing. Pros below: Great sound! On portable players, the pull is still weak, but they open up most of all when connected to an amplifier, especially a tube one. For such a price - absolutely superb! Over a year of use and still like…

I really liked them, just listen to music in them. The top does not take out the brain, very pleasant. For work, I would prefer something with more bass. Pros below: I have completely rewritten the review. These are headphones with a pleasant sound, transparent top. Lungs. Do not tire the ear, you can work for a long time. Some cons: I would like more detail. Bass plays weakly, sub-bass does not play at all and this cannot be corrected with an equalizer. The ear pads pressed the edge of the ear

I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

Every day in them for the last 19 years. Exactly the sound that I need. The first time I listened to them was in the Note + audio salon in Polyanka, but there the amp was Audio Innovations. In general, after that experience, I wanted to listen to my entire media library again. Even from a computer. They fit well, they have stepless arch adjustment, that is, they are always in size. They put very little pressure on the head, which is important for a person with glasses. In general, this is the…

Pros
  • Sound, comfort
Cons
  • Loose and began to fall out the cord (it is removable) after 19 years of operation.

A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.

Very inconvenient for a portable long straight cord. There are twisted ones on eBay - I will order for a replacement. Without a proper amplifier, the sound is muffled and booming. My (budget) FiiO e6 does not swing to the end. - So for iPods and other mobiles - these fish soups are not suitable, use bits. - After Sonya 7506 - as if the "film" was removed from the sound, before that everything became detailed and clean (although these Sonya are very good, but still not comparable). I do not…

Pros
  • Awesome, clear, transparent and deep, detailed sound
Cons
  • uncomfortable long cord very demanding on the amplifier Still cut high frequencies. If there are a lot of highs in music, it will not be good. MAYBE, a good amplifier will fix things, but without an amplifier (with a cheap mustache) it's not very pleasant to listen to.

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

I have had these headphones for 10 years somewhere. To be honest, they are the most expensive. But be that as it may, they sound really good. Their sound is soft, balanced, nothing sticks out, the entire range is heard, the detail is excellent. From you don’t get tired of the sound, you can listen for hours. They are like reference ones all the time. You take your ears and compare them with them. The model is old, but apparently already legendary.

Pros
  • Sound
Cons
  • They don't write their own music.

High-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

I bought for long-term work at the computer motion graphics Vfx and so on. In terms of sound, there is most likely something better, here the sound is much higher than what can be heard in the consumer segment, and this is more than enough for me for my tasks. (I read that everything gets even better with normal sound cards / amplifiers). But in terms of comfort, they are very good. Very light and due to the "open" design, after several hours of work, there is no feeling that you got out of the

Pros
  • Sound Very comfortable on the head
Cons
  • The wire could be shorter. It's good that at least there is a plug, the wire can be disconnected during the carrying process

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

When buying, I listened to baerodynamics and other headphones in the price range of 5000-10000. In the AGK240K Studio, it feels like the sounds sound unrealistically beautiful and very intelligible. I didn’t even expect that I would buy these particular ears, because before the listening I consulted and all as one said that I would take baerodynamics. I have been using these headphones for more than three years and I do not regret it! The only downside is the cable. Today it finally bent down…

Pros
  • Sound quality!
Cons
  • Cable! Broken! True after 3 years of use.

Not a bad product, nothing extraordinary.

Perhaps the fact is that I have already come across ears made in china, although I don’t think that the country of production affects the sound in this way. If you need to catch jambs in a recording, this is a great option, but I do not recommend it for music. Although, probably, they sound better than household headphones of common brands, but the same Bayers (even the 440th and even more so the 770/990th) merge. Compared to the comparable Senchs 558 or 598, the Senhs have better bass, the AKG

Pros
  • Very comfortable design, lightweight, large ear pads, replaceable cord, excellent detail even at difficult moments
Cons
  • Sound: 1. The mids are pulled up (or the treble/bass is overwhelmed), which gives high clarity (including extraneous noise on the recording is perfectly audible) - it plays mid-frequency instruments more or less well, but the sound is so-so on vocals and basses. 2. There is no bass depth (lowest frequencies) at all, which greatly changes the perception of classics and acoustic recordings - it seems that the note itself is accurately conveyed, but there is no lower part of the instrument's timbre. 3. For films, accordingly, there is also not enough bass - conversations are excellent, explosions, engine noise, etc. - flat, like from TV speakers.

Best thing I have ever used, highly recommended!

I use it for amateur audio recording and for everything else, they sit comfortably, but not too tight: you won’t particularly shake your head. The disadvantages are conditional, these are half-open monitor headphones, if you like the bass to fart in your ears, you need to listen to Tool in the library or mix your creations at a construction site - look at other options, for home and for your money - no questions.

Pros
  • Good sound, light and comfortable
Cons
  • Soundproofing, no bass

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

Headphones have been produced for three decades for a reason: an ingeniously simple design, where torsional rigidity is regulated by the design of two arcs, no additional hinges - just put it on and that's it. The sound is accurate, but not dry, you can listen to a simple music lover, and not just a pro. You learn a lot about familiar recordings, they are well suited as reference headphones for evaluating the quality of speakers or other headphones.

Pros
  • Sound: everything is audible, there is no overloaded bass, they do not tire during long listening.
Cons
  • Low sound isolation is typical for open headphones, but at home you can hear if someone calls.

Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!

I took it for home use at the computer - so I'm a little less than completely satisfied with the model. All the same, an open design and therefore, for the convenience of home, at night, exclusively "in an undertone." And so you sit for several hours in them and do not get tired. And yes - they are demanding on the quality of the file, you may have to ate the library with good digitization.

Pros
  • Long cord. Lungs. Large ear pads. Strong. Great sound
Cons
  • For those purposes for which I took these ears, there are no shortcomings.
