Didn't fit. bar too short

The cross bar was too short for my Highlander LE roof. I could pull it to reach but never could tighten the bolts up with the hook remaining attached to the bracket on the roof. Had to return it.

This product is horrible! The racks don’t line up at all! Cheap Cheap Cheap! Plastic snap on covers broke with little pressure.The customer service number is disconnected!

The end caps blew off when we were on the .

The end caps blew off when we were on the highway. One blew off and then 2 days later the next one did. I am terrified they are gong to hit another car at 65 miles an hour

Crossbar deficiency

One of the crossbars does not have the designed curvature of the other. Had to force it into position, and has limited space between the bottom of the crossbar and the roof of my Highlander.I would like a replacement bar, but I have to return the whole item and I need it for traveling this holiday. Disappointed.

Terrible directions

The product seems to be sturdy but I have yet to use it. The instructions for installations are poorly written and are written for units that are already assembled. These crossbars come in pieces and you first have to put them together before installing them - there are no directions for part assembly. Once assembled, one of the crossbars fit on fairly smoothly. The other did not fit so well, and it was because of the plastic that slides into the rail. After some fighting with it, and a healthy

I was not able to install these on my 2012 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I had to return and buy the Toyota cross bars from Toyota and pay four times as much😞

Factory look at 1/3 the cost

Worked well for first trip. Looks like factory bars. A little bit of effort to fine tune the install, but not bad. Far cheaper than factory install, glad I did it.

First use with plastic kids kayaks on them and the cheap paint came off. Did not get to use within the product return window or I would return these for sure.

Easy to install good for me

Easy to install. Only thing to watch out for is that the caps are securely fastened and a bit of RTV to keep them in place. We lost one, but customer service promptly shipped us one for free.
