AlchemyUs is a very complete talent management software

I like that it has all my candidates in one place so i can quickly see who needs what attention or interview scheduling etc! It's not very user friendly for those without technical skills but if you have some experience with computers this isn't too difficult once figured out how everything works together. There are many features which aren’t as useful (such as reporting) however these could be added later when more users use them regularly/need additional functionality. We were looking at…

  • Mobile app is easy to navigate through platform using touch screen display.
  • Good tool tracking performance metrics within application
  • Ability view internal job postings directly linked back towards applicant pool via keyword search criteria
