Tack-It again and again, I will keep buying it

It's amazing! Thank you Alina Depending on what you need it for, you can put some in a separate container and add water to adjust the stickiness. I use mine to brush up a stick on a cutting mat. I find that just a few tablespoons more water than the 1/2 to 1/2 ratio works beautifully. Leave it on for a few hours or overnight if you can use it. However, first clean the cutting mat. I plan to experiment a lot with this product on many other surfaces and see what happens. Visit YouTube for…

Homemade glue dots on glue

This glue is awesome. I've used it a lot, but one bottle is quite enough. I probably don't use it the way it's meant to be used. I make dots of glue to use in paper crafting. I press small dots of this glue onto sheets of plastic, let it dry overnight, and when the white dots become translucent, they're ready to use. When sticking paper to paper, the adhesion is permanent. Economically, I'll probably get at least a thousand dots of glue from that one bottle, which is a lot compared to buying…

A must for diamond artists

I bought this on the recommendation of a YouTube video after receiving a very low stick diamond painting. First I applied with a spatula but it didn't work for an even seat. Then I just brushed it up, let it dry for 45 minutes and was able to complete the project. This added just enough stickiness to hold the diamonds well. I applied washi tape to the edges first and it came off easily after the painting was done. After the glue dried to a good tack I was able to see the characters as usual…

Best Product for Special and Early Education Teachers

Best Product for Special and Early Education Teachers! This is a great replacement for velcro. I use it often and a little is enough. I found this very useful for visual schedules (laminate schedule cards and stick a small dot on the back, let it dry overnight and it will always stick) file folder games (I made a very small dot on the back of the moving parts after lamination and let dry overnight), first/then cards, nameplates on tables, PECS, etc. It will stick to whiteboards, laminated…

Another outstanding Aleene product

Aleene's! What can I say? Every Aleene product I have used has been outstanding and this is no exception. I mainly use it for patches and applications that I don't want to constantly stick on. First, I apply a thin coat of Aleene's OK to Wash It to the back. This seals the fibers and prevents tack-it from seeping through. Let it dry overnight and then apply a small amount of Tack-It. Depending on the application, you may only need to apply it to a few strategic locations rather than all at…

Aleene's makes the best glue in the world

Aleene's makes the best glue in the world. I have an unusual use for this product. I use this for my CPAP sleep apnea mask. It is non-toxic and acts like a sticky adhesive, similar to post-it sticker glue. This has saved me hundreds of dollars on replacement masks because silicone stretches and doesn't seal, which is critical to successful CPAP therapy, as most sleep apnea sufferers know. Leaks around the mask are a constant struggle. I have very sensitive skin and this adhesive has not…

Enormous money and space savings!

I use Aline's nail all the time for my stamps and for gluing Cricut rugs. I buy a lot of rubber stamps at thrift stores, but I don't have space to store the wooden blocks, so I take them off the blocks and remove the backing from any styrofoam pieces that are stuck to them. I then use my fingertip to coat the back of the rubber with a thin layer of this tip. You have to let it dry completely so I leave them on overnight. Then I store them in boxes with CD stickers with a number on the back and…
