Good web host and friendly Customer Service

The customer support is really good! They are always willing to help you out with any problems that arise during setup or operation of your server/hosting plan. Their 24 hour phone line can be quite helpful if things go wrong at night when most people have gone home for their day offs (or slept). I would like more information about what they offer in terms of backup systems / services etc - this could possibly lead me away from other providers who do not provide these additional features as…
