I got the m15 r4 a few weeks ago and have used it a bit since then. A couple of times during the gaming session, the computer closed the game. Just suddenly out. No idea what happened or if it's a potentially more serious problem. The second issue is that just tonight my keyboard wasn't backlit or responsive to typing. I restarted and it did nothing.
