I have Lauren's Foam Roller, Body Sphere and Infinity Roller - each has a YouTube video where you can see Lauren doing the moves. Done right, it's a great tool! You can work out tension in the upper back, lower back, hips, feet, hands (think overuse of thumbs on smartphones), forearms, etc.

#Lifechanging best in Back Massagers

Bought this for travel. I use it daily. In fact, I'd say I mostly prefer it to my big foam roller. It helped get rid of the kinks of old hip and leg injuries, better get rid of the oddly tight spaces between my shoulders. I love it more than tennis balls or that fancy ball I bought. Seriously, just buy it. (Plus, I can't lie, I love my big styrofoam roll too.)

Unfortunately, this product just doesn't work for me. First, it's too small to even be used on a wall. But the worst thing for me is that it's too soft and can't effectively help with knotting because if you lean on it or press it, it practically collapses.
