I love these straws. They are very well made and don't get soft. I like to do something for the environment, but I can still use straws.

The straws got wet before we drank our cold drink. We could also try paper. Too bad we tried to do the right thing. We ended up buying plastic straws.

They hold up pretty well, found the drink with the straw was there for about 3 hours, the straw still held its shape after so long in the liquid! Planning to buy another one once we've used these up.

Great! Very durable. I even use them to mix powdered drinks with water. They stay in the liquid for a long time. I only noticed that they became soft after they had been in liquid for several hours. I will buy again!

These PAPER straws are a good alternative to plastic straws, but I wouldn't say they hold up very well. I haven't read the reviews so I assumed the 4-5 star rating was for the paper version but that rating seems to be for the plastic version. Paper straws are colorful and useful, but they get wet after a while. Mine fell apart just before my first drink so I used a new straw for my second drink. I'll use more straws if I use paper versions, but at least it's better than using plastic.

I like these straws. I add them to large cups of milk with dessert and it takes me about 45 minutes to down the whole cup and I have no issues with the straw - it doesn't affect or weaken the milk at all. or start falling apart or something after being in the milk for so long. Before I had an insulated water bottle to carry around the house, I would carry a cup of water with me through one of those straws all day and night and everything was fine. Again I found that it didn't affect the taste…
