I like these straws. I add them to large cups of milk with dessert and it takes me about 45 minutes to down the whole cup and I have no issues with the straw - it doesn't affect or weaken the milk at all. or start falling apart or something after being in the milk for so long. Before I had an insulated water bottle to carry around the house, I would carry a cup of water with me through one of those straws all day and night and everything was fine. Again I found that it didn't affect the taste of the water at all and I kept the same cup and straw for several days until I felt the cup needed washing so the straws work very well held. I'm already 3/4 through on my second bag and the only thing I miss about the plastic straws is the ability to bend them, but it's worth skipping so I don't have to worry about them breaking my straws curl up. in the sea and destroy the environment. I highly recommend them.
