I like that it's user friendly, especially for those who are new or don't have any previous experience with such programs! I like that it's easy for my clients as well, because they can easily upload their images from anywhere via email or phone call! It also has an option of creating custom templates which are very useful when you're sending out large numbers of quotes/invoices at once time with different information in them (like date range). The only thing i dislike about this program so far was how slow some features were loading up sometimes - but we've since updated our internet speed & now everything loads…
