Bad design, suitable for the bathtub

The product arrived unusable. The handle was poorly fastened, separated from the hand. The mop blade was irregularly shaped and bent during shipping.

Not real brass and no exchange

Despite the description of "Brass Squeegee" it does not appear to be real brass. It looks like some kind of painted metal. For the price I expected higher quality. The paint is applied unevenly, so the color is odd. This product is non-returnable, so I do not recommend it.

REPLACEMENT KNIVES FOUND!

I bought two of these lovely mops about 10 years ago and to be honest I ordered a second one because I needed a replacement blade. Well I dug until I found the manufacturer ALLIED BRASS and was directed to their subsidiary. In 2016 I ordered (4) replacement blades from: SALES@AVONDALEDECOR.COM OR SALES@ALLIEDBRASS.COM/PHONES: 540-967-5970 (MAIN) AND 540-967-2580 (FAX).
