This item is fine. It worked well to reach high spots on my windows, but the scraper part is a real headache when used on the pole. But the sponge works fine. I would not buy this product again. I would spend the extra money to get one that isn't that difficult to use.

I bought this shower and window cleaner. My housekeeper had trouble getting large things. When I saw that, I was overjoyed. The description is pretty accurate. The quality is good and it is possible to fill the tube with window cleaning spray. I wasn't aware of this feature when I bought it.

In theory, this product is great. Don't worry about the block above. If you are not parallel to the window, you cannot use the corners of the mop to clean. The left window was washed four times with a mop. Still streaks and dirtier than the right window that wasn't cleaned. Don't waste money.

I don't understand how this product can be given 5, 4, 3 or 2 stars. It is bulky and must be disassembled to use. The mop is fine, but the cloth bar attached to the stick gets wet and leaves streaks all the time you use the mop. I had to pick the rag off the rack every time I scrubbed. Save money, buy a sponge and a scraper. This product is empty.

We live in an apartment building and cleaning the balcony doors is a nightmare. We probably go through half a roll of paper towels to clean it and it always seems to skip stains. So I thought why not try it. And really impressed with how well it worked. Cleans quickly, easily and perfectly, the sprayer isn't the best, but still. That's what the Windex bottle is for. $20 is worth getting rid of the headache.

Very easy to use and assemble. Ready in seconds. What I like best is that you can detach and wash the mop and then put it back in. It has velcro on one end so you can easily attach it. The extra extension is very useful as you may not need to use a ladder to get to higher windows. My windows are low so I don't need it. The mop piece is also handy for cleaning windows without changing them but tilting them instead. Do 2 things with 1 tool. Super cool!

My parents house has very high windows and I have always avoided cleaning them because I had to move the ladder, it was a big headache and lasted all day. We let me tell you that this window scraper did a much better job. It's so easy to use, cleans great, the mopping part works great. I'm only 5ft 4" tall and can easily reach any window. The windows are sparkling clean and I no longer avoid this work. I highly recommend this scraper. I liked him so much that I bought his house.
