Should have listened to other reviews. The hose will bulge a lot after use and the hose will need to be filed before the fitting can be pushed into the hose. The threads were worn out after the second flaring. The tool is now unusable

Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your money

Extremely disappointed. Don't waste money. When flaring, the tool will scratch the brake line. Also, after cutting the pipe with a pipe cutter, the 1/4" flare nipple failed to insert. I had to use a drill to unroll the pipe.

Brake Line Dual Flaring Tool

Decent set although there is no way to center the die on the first flare so it comes out in the middle. The matrix of ten is a bit crooked. Although it wasn't a problem for me. In any case, these double flashes are largely a one-time connection. I've also found that if I just use the matrix and don't double expand it, it creates a bubble flare. I ended up using this when he used a dual flare on one end of the line and a flare on the hydraulic control box for the ABS on my '95 Grand Cherokee. I…
