Very good boots for the price.

I have already returned the boots because of their sizing (would be great if website had US sizing) and because they were not new. I finally have a great new pair of boots that fit like a glove.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Finish
Cons
  • Requires Socket

Very good boots! goes well with shoes

Very warm, comfortable, good adjustable closure and internal zip. The boots look very subtle, go great with jeans and are comfortable all day long. You can also take out the pad and put gel pads or other orthopedic pads inside. I love it.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Upgrades available

Warm and dry for shoes

I love them. They keep you warm with a plain old sock when it's 30 degrees outside. The Stick outsole is great. Robust construction. However, do not plan to wear them in temperatures above 65 degrees. Warm up for it. They do an excellent job of keeping your feet warm and dry. road in a lot of rain with them. solid product.

Great boots for street/touring

These are great boots for street or touring. The extra material is where it's needed along the top of the foot for traction contact, rather than being over the top like similar Alpine Star boots. I was ordered another pair of Astar boots with more padding on the shins; they would not fit under my jodhpurs. They work great and still have some padding and structure along the shin for protection. Great offer!

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Nothing

great quality for motorcycles and powersports

fast negative first. The first few times I put the boots on the top bar was a bit tight when putting them on, but once they got used to it it went away. What I really like is the obvious quality of the materials that go into making the boots and the craftsmanship that goes into them. Waterproof yet breathable for the warm days. Really good fit when in the boot, plenty of room in the toe box and I'm a normal size 10 US with a nice durable tight healing pocket, a flat toe box makes it easy to…

  • absolute legend

  • boring packaging

Can be worn all day. Suitable for protective gear

They'll keep you warm in the heat but I've worn them all day this summer in Denver and Kalispell and rode the Oregon and California coasts last week. I broke them driving the streets of Denver and then hiked to Werner Peak in northwest Montana to pick blueberries with my family. The hike was unexpected. I planned on just riding while my parents and kids pick berries, but I felt safer in a group and kept an eye out for bears and the like. Surprisingly, they walked up and down the mountain…
