I buy a lot of alternative t-shirts for my husband and they fit well in his size which is small for men. I bought him this shirt in his normal size and it was VERY TIGHT! I didn't know alternative models for men varied in size. Apart from the big size issue, the color was good. My husband said this shirt isn't as soft as the alternative pima cotton t-shirts.

This shirt just didn't fit me. It's a nicely tailored shirt. So if you have a small bump like me, you might not like the fit. However, I didn't give a bad review for that reason, I can't blame the shirt for being out of shape. Although it sits well on my arms which are in good shape unlike the stomach, that's where the good meets. For my taste, the collar is too big, exposing the neck. The fabric is also very thin. The size is very small. My son wore one of these shirts that he has worn (too often) for at least four years. He is typically small, very thin. We ordered the size he personally bought which was average. It fits perfectly. So three stars for the size. On the other hand, I have ordered two of these and he is delighted with the addition to his wardrobe. There's something about fabrics that he really likes.

I love this top! I'm a female medium so I bought a medium but it turned out to be a male medium so it's bigger than I thought it would be. And the sleeves are not as long as in the photo. Anyway, I love alternative and I'm glad I bought this top, thanks.

T-shirt is comfortable and fits well. My jacket is size 4 and the size XL fits my shoulders fairly well (comparable to a model's fit, although unfortunately I don't look that good in it). Edit: I loved this shirt so much that 2 years later I bought 4 more - light blue, teal (dragonfly), light purple, and tan (bark). Instead I got dark blue, dark green, dark brown and gray fakes.
