My second pair: Running

The only shoe I've found with a big enough toe box for my wide foot. I can immediately wear them for walks and hikes. Highly recommended. true size

different than what I'm used to.

I wore them to work today and about halfway through the shift I noticed I was feeling relatively pain free. Many Thanks . They take a little getting used to but the color was great and there was room for my knobby toes and bunions.

  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Too long to wait

The fabric ripped after 2 socks!

They fit great like all Altra shoes but I do NOT recommend them. Mine is less than a month old and has only been worn twice. The fabric has already started to crumble! Expected more from this company, especially for the price.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Excellent fit, comfortable, functional

These shoes are AMAZING! The toe is open and roomy. I'm going to have surgery on my leg in a few weeks and it will save my life! I also get home and run, so they're great for post-healing. Seriously, these are dream shoes!

Pros
  • Worth the money

comfortable free cute sneakers

good fit. Super space sock. I only wore it one day so I can't give it a 5. unique shape that I like. The material feels durable and stands up well to wear and tear. comfy free cute sneakers I mostly walk to work in (emergency room nurse) unless there is code as a quick sprint. But I'll look stylish doing it.

Great shoes! Fits perfectly.

I love these shoes. It fits perfectly - I usually wear a size 8 and bought a size 8. I have a wide forefoot and narrow heel and they fit perfectly. I usually struggle to find shoes that aren't too tight in the front. This shoe offers a flexible fit, good cushioning and protection on rocky trails without being heavy or bulky.

Cons
  • Annoying

Order your normal size!

They are perfect for my small wide hobbit feet! Serious! I ordered half a size up thinking I would have to accommodate thick socks and bunions. Too large. Slightly returned for my 'true' size 6.5 and perfection! I don't know about "long-range" wear, but I've never felt so good! Very happy with this purchase!

  • Free for educational purposes

LOVE THEM!: Shoes

I have Morton's neuroma on my left foot and it hurts a lot when the shoes are tight. I like the Altras for the toe width, but some of them are uncomfortable to wear. I ordered the Lone Peak 4.5 trail running shoe last week and wore it all weekend with no pain! I liked them so much that I ordered another pair. If you need more leg room in a running shoe, I recommend the Lone Peak 4.5. You are fantastic.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Too expensive to fall apart

I track my shoes on my Garmin and I could do it in my head. After 45 km the sock has already come loose and needs to be glued again. They are advertised for use in trail running but are NOT suitable for this sport. I love the shoes for the way they fit, how light they are and the profile. However; For that price I wouldn't have to fix it after only 45 miles. I can buy $60 shoes and do a lot more with them. So disappointed. I will never buy this brand again.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Damaged
