I have a Tablo OTA tuner that got very hot. This thing has made a huge difference and now it barely feels warm. The hit receiver is big enough for the Tablo and the portable hard drive it uses to record my TV shows. I have to say I also ordered an Infinity AC fan as extra insurance, mainly for the HDD as it is not flat and does not make good contact with the heatsink to dissipate heat. I highly recommend this radiator but remember that no matter what you use it for it needs to be flat.

I use this all the time to put hot food in it to cool it faster and prevent spoilage and it works great when I have everything on Bring room temperature, so I can be safely stored in the refrigerator before the bacteria grow too quickly. It's not big enough for a laptop base and I'm considering buying another one because two are about the right size and will help if I'm running an intense game.
