good price good for fiber based grinding wheels

I think they might be a bit thinner than what we're used to. They seem to warp with moisture and we have to bend them a bit to keep them flat. But they do their job!

Pros
  • DIMENSIONS: 7" diameter with 7/8" shank bore.
Cons
  • Mostly ok, but...

Use the grinding track necessary for the work.

This product works well for my work such as: B. the manufacture of GRP boats. I also do boat repairs and use these grinding wheels.

Pros
  • INFO: These brake discs are made in Europe with a strong vulcanized fiber backing and heat treated phenolic resins for increased strength, durability and tear resistance.
Cons
  • Requires socket

Do not work with hardened steel.

Bought these to try and save $. The ones I usually use are $154 a pack. I use them to sharpen the teeth of a forestry mulcher. They won't work, they can work on softer metals like lawn mower blades.

Pros
  • USE: Our RFDs are designed for use with an angle grinder and should only be used with the backing pad and nut. Aluminum Oxide is the original metalworking abrasive and is recommended for small jobs where a strong, inexpensive product is required.
Cons
  • Price piggy bank
