My switch was very easy to open, but sometimes my switch would get stuck in the opener and required some maneuvering to pull it out. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this product and would definitely buy it again.

Keeps what it should! I only tested it once on a Gateron switch I had at home, but it worked flawlessly! I can't say much about the keycap remover. didn't need much yet. I will update when I use it more!

Nice little switch I was able to smear the milky yellow Gateron with. The quality of the opener is very good. It's just a small piece of metal and it seems sturdy. The switch/cap puller is good too. I especially like the switch puller, it's way better than those tiny horrible ones that usually come with hot swap boards.

I bought to try to lubricate/replace the springs in some cheap switches. I took the Blues Outemu Magicforce 68 but they were too wide. I've taken apart a few of my other switches with no problems, so I know the puller itself isn't warped or anything. As other people have said, most of the switches are pretty tight and I was a little concerned about scratching something, but I haven't had any physical damage yet.
