These fit great I got a size up expecting it to have the waist straps that tighten the pants which it did! Thank goodness because after I tightened them they fit my daughter like a 3t and now she has pants for more than a year hopefully. I really want to leave a 5 star review for this item. I bought the smaller 36x28 mirror and I love it and it looks and works great. I am now remodeling my master bath and I ordered the larger 48x36 mirror. I have had to get a refund twice now because the mirror arrives broken. The description says they have improved the packaging, but for such a large mirror it is not enough. It may be the fault of UPS for not handling it properly, but both mirrors were severely damaged.
