I really want to leave a 5 star review for this item. I bought the smaller 36x28 mirror and I love it and it looks and works great. I am now remodeling my master bath and I ordered the larger 48x36 mirror. I have had to get a refund twice now because the mirror arrives broken. The description says they have improved the packaging, but for such a large mirror it is not enough. It may be the fault of UPS for not handling it properly, but both mirrors were severely damaged. Now I have to figure something else out for my bathroom remodel that has been delayed because of this. I haven't seen anywhere how to contact the seller directly so they can maybe fix the packaging and shipping problems. I really wanted this mirror!
