Not worth the investment

Based on our own experience, this router bit failed to meet our expectations. While it did produce clean cuts at first it quickly dulled after only a few uses.The cost versus the lifespan of the bit is not worth the investment..

Awesome Plywood CNC Cutter

Super sharp, super clean, it cuts plywood incredibly QUIET on our Shopbot Alpha CNC. The edges are immaculate, which allowed us to run the machine at its upper cutting speed limit. clean chip. An excellent example of cutting technology and much better than the double groove version. We seriously had to keep checking that the machines were working - it was a lot quieter than the standard 2 flutes and compression bits.
