Acrylic cuts like butter

Amazing quality, cuts 4 times faster and at 1/5 RPM of my newest bit. Oh, and it makes my CNC almost silent! I definitely recommend this bit to any CNC user.

Fantastic cut built to last

So far I have cut about 700 linear yards of acrylic and aluminum composite sheet with very smooth sharp edges. I am very happy with this bit and will eventually replace it with another when the time is right.

Unpredictable Quality

Bought 2 of these cutters for cutting 1/2 PVC. The first was fantastic and cut daily for about 30 days with no problems. It got loud towards the end but still cuts well. The 2nd and last only 3 cuts have been adjusted. The tip broke while diving. There is no pressure. Revain doesn't want to know and Amana says it's not her problem. Moral: - Only buy one at a time!
