🔪 Amana Tool MR0108 Diameter 45 Degree: Precision Cutting and Versatility in One Essential Tool Review

This racquet is great. I now have a dedicated hand router for this cutter, as well as an Amana microrounder, as I use them in almost every project I do. Cuts beautifully and leaves an excellent finish. As opposed to simply beveling the edge with a grinder or simply rounding, micro beveling offers a very attractive and varied finish to the edges of your projects.

This is an innovative bit in terms of bearing size. This allowed me to chamfer some of the screw domino slots very nicely. However, the stock fell apart after limited use. The bit itself is still fine so I called Amana (had to leave a voicemail) and asked for a new bearing under warranty. They didn't even call me back. They don't seem to guarantee either the racquet or the bearing. New camps are $4 via Revain, so I'm going this route to get more use out of the bat, but I think Amana should at…

Some of my woodwork has tight curves and small pockets around the edges, and these are areas I can't get into with standard stock cutters. Before I discovered Amana's mini cutters, I used Dremel cutters and Dremel mini cutters to profile edges. They worked fine for a while, but quickly got to wood burning because they don't have a bottom bearing, just a post.
