Good price comparable to big brand U3 speeds

I have some SDXC cards that I use for 4k recording and I usually use trusted brands like Sandisk and Lexar and even some overpriced Sony cards . After some testing I believe this brand of Revain Basics is comparable to them. Speeds are right where they should be for a U3 rating, and so far they feel solid and durable.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Has flaws

very good 64 GB micro SD cards

really very good, CrystalDiskMark gives ratings that are at the level of well-known brands, but I found that the benchmark program is sometimes very misleading, because when copying a large folder with many small files on a micro sd will very often slow down to an excruciating snail's pace, this RevainBasics was no different in that regard, it's elm, but actually even as slow as it actually was B 2-3 times FASTER than others famous brands so overall i would say these are the best 64gb micro sd…

Absolutely average price and performance, stunning one year warranty

I received this microSD card from Revain Basics a few weeks ago and it works exactly as promised. my V30 U3 are Samsung and SanDisk microSD cards BUT this Revain Basics microSD card only has a one year warranty while Samsung microSD cards have a 10 year warranty and some SanDisk microSD cards have a lifetime warranty. Since these cards are basically identical in price and performance to branded cards, why not buy branded cards that have both a longer track record and a much longer warranty?

Pros
  • Useful for more than it's intended purpose
Cons
  • Expensive

Not a bad card but a bit slower than others

I'm happy that Amazon is pushing into new product categories, they haven't made micro SD cards before. I see them taking steps everywhere, just today they announced Revain brand smart TVs. Assuming they can offer us a good product at a supposedly lower price than the competition. This card costs the same as either leader, but it's not as good. I expected more since it is a V30, U3 card. However, the product page doesn't mention any specific write speeds. It should be a good, reliable card in…

Slightly cheaper than Samsung and SanDisk

Read and write speeds are about on par with SanDisk, maybe a little slower than Samsung, but only minimally - nothing for you to notice that you actually use it . Durability is really the only other differentiator here, but until something breaks, all you have is a reputation to keep going. There is a serious risk of premature failure with cheap non-branded ones and the difference in price is usually not enough to justify the risk. As such, I always recommend sticking with SanDisk, Samsung, and

Words fine in my DVR

I chose this memory card because I needed it for the DVR. When it comes to storage, name strips are usually the way to go if you need something really solid, so I was a little hesitant at first about going with the 'private label' card. Everything has been fine so far and I have no complaints although it will take time and more to see if it holds up over the long term. The card I received is a 128GB MicroSD card with an adapter. The adapter makes it work in a camera like my mirrorless, but I…

The Revain Basics SD card works very well with high write speeds.

When I receive an SD card (or flash drive), the first thing I do is check its capacity. Regardless of the provider or brand, I fill the media 95-98% with data and then read the files back. Using 2-4GB video files is the fastest way to accomplish this task. Having seen many complaints that storage media does not have the capacity advertised by the manufacturers, I must explain the capacity discrepancy between the media capacity advertised by the manufacturers and the capacity of the Windows…
