Absolutely terrible! Assembly would have been easy if someone had drilled the screw holes properly, but my screws didn't even match and now I have to drill my own holes! Save time and nerves and buy another brand!

Aside from the unforgivable assembly (holes don't match), these are decent chairs. Super comfortable and looks like good material. They are very short, almost like high chairs. I would send them back but not worth the process. I'd rather give them away and find new ones. I wish they were taller than standard height chairs

This is the perfect chair for a little corner in our rental. Unfortunately, despite its excellent performance, it is almost impossible to assemble due to 1.) poorly written instructions 2.) horrible and misaligned screw hole pattern, each of which had to be re-drilled by 1/2 inch. to 5/8" so the screws will fit and align properly. Gets a dip!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of these chairs. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. Assembly was easy and there is a zipper at the bottom of the chair to hide the components. Very durable if you make sure all the screws are properly tightened. My 6'5" son and 6'3" husband sit comfortably in these chairs in our living room (assuming they can stretch their legs - so they might not be appropriate for a dining table if you're tall). Overall excellent value for money!

I bought this chair for my home office so visitors have a place to sit. I would like to start by saying this is a GREAT chair. Very durable, very comfortable and the price is perfect. My only complaint is that the creation process took a little longer than I thought. I ended up having to use a ratchet screwdriver to install the screws because the bushings don't align perfectly when the parts are assembled. What should have taken about 10 minutes took over an hour. I wouldn't let that put me off
