Elastic waistband, no drawstring. I'm tall and skinny so the pants are the right length but the elastic waistband is a little large. For me, it might as well have been shoelaces. On the contrary, the jogging pants I own from two different brands only hold in place thanks to the elastic at the waistband, and I don't have to tie them. Revan could have done a lot better.
